Completely renovated, every detail of this spacious 4-bedroom home has been chosen for your comfort. Solid teak furniture (sustainably recreated from old buildings), fully-equipped chefs kitchen, granite worktops, designer lighting and switches, King Koil mattresses, 300-thread count cotton sheets, Jean Perry pillows, sliding glass wardrobes and 2 bathrooms.

+ Fast broadband wireless internet with 10MB connection.

+ Cable TV with over 70 stations and a 42" flat-screen TV.

+ High capacity LG washing machine with dryer.

+ Air conditioning in all rooms.

The spacious open-plan living/dining room has a library of books and guides to Kuala Lumpur with city maps and popular things to do and see.

The swimming pool, childrens pool, garden, tennis court, jacuzzi, gym, playground and cafe are all located at level 2.

A well-stocked 24-hour mini-market is at level 1 plus a professional laundry if you don't want to do your own laundry in the apartment.

Located by PWTC train station, its fast and easy to get around town. Almost anywhere you might want to go is within 15-20 minutes by train or taxi.

With 3 different train lines in walking distance of the apartment, its a convenient way to get around town. Taxis are surprisingly affordable, so keep them in mind too.
