Imagine stepping outside the patio door of your own authentic four bedroom beach house onto one of the finest beaches in Southern California, Newport Beach. Think of your family and friends having fun barbecuing on your patio, walking barefoot on the white sand beach, hearing the sound of the surf, getting re-acquainted with the smell of the ocean breeze, roasting hot dogs and making s'mores at the Newport Beach fire pits, watching the gorgeous sunsets behind Catalina Island. For family fun, enjoy playing games, spending time on the wireless internet, watching a 55" HD TV or your favorite movie on a Blu Ray DVD or putting together puzzles.

At Your Home on the Beach, you can walk, ride a "Segway" or bicycle down the oceanfront boardwalk, take a cruise to Catalina Island, take the ferry to Balboa Island, rent a boat in Balboa Bay, take a deep sea fishing trip, enjoy wonderful shopping in the quaint shops, and eat out at fabulous restaurants. All this is within three blocks of your home! There's plenty to do, or not do, it's your choice, it's your beach house!

Our beach house is an authentic, casual, single story 4 bedroom, (2) 3/4 baths beach house located on the Balboa Peninsula near the Balboa Pier. Two bedrooms have queen beds and 2 bedrooms have twins. There are two rollaway beds also.

We have a detached 2 car garage with parking for a 3rd car parallel to the closed garage door. A coin operated washer and dryer are located in this 2 car garage. They are operated by quarters. Laundry detergent is not provided.

For your convenience, all linens are furnished and folded on each bed and towels folded in the bathroom. To get you started we provide an initial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and a role of paper towels in the kitchen. All cleaning supplies including automatic dishwashing soap is provided. We do not provide any personal toiletries. Nor do we provide laundry detergent. The City of Newport Beach parking lot is nearby which provides additional parking for your guests. As is often said, "nobody knows how many friends you have until you have a beach house".

Newport Beach, offers everything you need and anything you could want. With its close proximity to John Wayne/orange County Airport, the city is easily accessible to all visitors. Superb golfing, world-class shopping, yachting and a uniquely Californian sophistication, make Newport Beach an inspiring destination.
