You will enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in this 1 bedroom condo. Floor to ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. It has everything you need for a great beach getaway...located on the 4th floor directly beach front.. from the balcony you can enjoy the ocean breeze and views of boats passing through Perdido Pass.

Master bedroom offers a King bed and a flat screen TV. Living room has a 55" flat screen TV and a Queen sofa sleeper making the unit able to accommodate a total of 4 guests.

Updated fully equipped kitchen features full size refrigerator, glass top stove with oven, dishwasher and all the small kitchen appliances to make your stay feel like home. Also includes full size washer and dryer located inside unit.

Free Wi-fi offered inside unit and throughout the building .... ON-SITE CHECK-IN.......

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Matt (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
