Description

This one bedroom, one bath room suite that sits adjacent to a 1906 restored home and has its own separate entrance and is all private. The suite is newly renovated, with a modern touch. There is a queen size bed and bathroom with shower. The kitchenette area has a large refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and blender. There is a small dining table with two chairs, TV and Wi-Fi . There is a small private patio with grill/utensils/table/chairs. This space sits on a private 3/4 acre treed lot which offers off-street parking.

Getting around

If you don't want to drive to Pensacola beach there is a ferry from downtown to the beach and there is also a beach trolley/scooters/EVs to get you around once there.Uber/Lyft also available, Scooters are available in the downtown/East Hill areas.

We have lock pads with codes so no keys. There is a 3 ring binder with internet, things to see and do, beach, dining, check-out and other info about the Pensacola area. The owners, Jack and Donna live on-site.

“Wonderful honeymoon suite”

Cute little place. Very clean and homey. Close to the beautiful Pensacola Beach. Owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Response from the owner I'm sorry this guest was unhappy with our unit. We live in Florida, where it is very humid in the summer, and we have had an unusual amount of rain which created mugginess. When we rented this unit, the a/c was working perfectly. Jack and I, with the guest's permission, entered the room and could not smell any unusual smells. This is a fairly new unit and we have never had this complaint before. The guest did not tell us that the a/c wasn't working. We discovered that after she left. I am sure this contributed to the rooms mugginess. We willingly returned half her rental money as we wanted to be good hosts. We did keep half the rental cost, as she did stay for several days and use the facilities & we had to pay for cleaning. We appreciate all of our guests coming to visit & wish them each a wonderful stay. Jack & Donna

How do damage deposits work?
