Description

Great family vacation spot. The kids can play in the shallow water beach as the adults supervise from the shaded balconys off the unit. Take the Kayak out for a paddle, enjoy the beautiful pool over looking Perdido Bay. This is truly a relaxing spot away from all the hustle and bustle. Bring your boat. There is a free boat ramp just a mile down the road. Enjoy the Tranquility of the National Sea Shore just a hop and skip away. Visit the Naval Air Museum and watch the Blue Angles practice. The Foley outlet mall is just a short drive along the beach. There is so much to do or if you prefer just take in the beautiful veiws from the Balcony of your unit. The condo is very nicely furnished and decortated. This will be a family vacation your whole family will cherish and all for the price of a hotel room.

“Great Place”

Place was better than described. Beautiful view over the water. Close to shopping and restaurants, yet, far enough away from the main strip for those who like a like serenity in their vacation. Looking forward to staying here again

“Fun Family trip”

This condo had a great view and lots of room. We enjoyed sitting on the porches and all the outdoor space. It was great to float on the bay or in the pool. Relaxing time.

“Very nice property”

This was the perfect getaway spot. Didn't need to leave the condo for beach activity. Water was right in the backyard! Great scenery! I look forward to going back!

How do damage deposits work?

If Derrick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
